Westnet | Best Service and Most Reliable ISP |

Perth-based ISP WestNet topped the scales in every measure of customer service in 2004 and also tied with Internode for Most Reliable Service in 2004, according to the 2004 Australian Broadband Users Survey - as voted by Australian broadband users.
86.5% of surveyed WestNet subscribers rated their ISP's customer service as excellent, more than any other ISP. This outstanding treatment of its users has built fierce customer loyalty. Customer Service motivates more users to stay with WestNet than it does for any other ISP.
A greater number of WestNet users would recommend their ISP to other people than would the users of any other ISP. And apparently they do, because a higher portion of WestNet's customers signed up because of a friend's recommendation than to any of its competitors.
85.9% of survey respondents on Westnet said they were happy with their connections. WestNet also lead the way in the gaming stakes with 60% of the respondents considering the connection quality to be excellent.
